Sharing Water

I felt that it was important to inform you that you do have some information on your website which could prove deterimental to the health of ravers.

In the section, 'A Safer Experience', it says that one shouldn't hesitate to share water. That is exactly what I always did at raves as well as drinking water from others when I needed it and I ended up with a terrible case of mononucleosis which eventually landed me in the hospital due to complications. (I ruled out any other sources where I could possibly have caught it).

I think that your web site is great and very informative; I particularly liked the information on water. I have never been sure just how much is enough or too much and I know that I will party safer due to
this site. But please let people know that you can catch many diseases from sharing water. I am just lucky that I didn't catch something worse, such as hepatitis.

Thanks for listening!

Editors Note: Thanks for alerting us to this: it is true that viruses and infections can be passed with the water bottle. But at the same time, it's nice to be able to share with someone who needs a some water: however use your discretion.
